As part of Corporate Technology’s Compliance & Legal Technology organization, Legal Technology (LT) delivers technology solutions to support Legal as they advise the business on applicable laws, regulations and rules that govern our business globally, and assess and measure compliance and related risks, and monitor and test the adequacy of the firm's compliance control environment. Legal Technology is the steward for the design, build and management for the firm’s Legal Technology portfolio across all Lines of Business and global regions. Legal Technology is responsible for partnering with our clients on evolving business capabilities, improving end user experience with our solutions and services, and ensuring that we continue to provide continuous improvement on the systems that are relied upon across the firm. Legal Technology supports legal functions covering Matter & Spend Management, eDiscovery Platform Services, Knowledge Management and Lifecycle Management.
We are currently seeking a Scrum Master/ Project Manager to join the team responsible for delivering solutions that meet the requirements of our key clients – JPMC Legal. The portfolio is experiencing significant change and growth and includes building out strategic unifying Legal l platforms, reporting and automating legal-centric workflows. The various legal projects will ensure applications provide a simple and intuitive way for all JPMC Legal staff, in all locations, to navigate and manage their legal information. The projects include cloud-minded design, Agile practices, tool standardization and automated delivery in modernizing Legal technology.
The Scrum Master/Project Manager will work directly with both technology teams and Legal stakeholders to set priorities, articulate technical solutions and manage the budget and implementation of multiple projects. In the role, you will have influencing responsibilities with the business users and will work as part of a collaborative team of software professionals. You will be responsible across the full project and software development life cycle (SDLC) for the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation to satisfy business requirements. You will be working directly with business analysts, other project managers and development team members developing innovative technology solutions including user interfaces, middle-tier and server-side components, and will need to ensure adherence to architecture standards, risk management and security & control policies.
You will be responsible to identify, assess, and document business and functional requirements, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and costs.
