In India Global Service Centre the CIB Operations Businesses includes functions across Banking Operations, Markets and Investor services

Roles & Responsibilities
 
The HR Business Partner would be responsible for supporting the Operations teams within Banking Operations across Mumbai and Bangalore India by identifying and developing solutions based on business priorities and organizational analysis.
 
The individual will be expected to work in strong partnership with the Global HR Teams to ensure appropriate alignment, linkage and leverage around the HR Strategy and people agenda across various geographic locations.
 
The incumbent in this position should have proven ability manage multiple stakeholders globally and locally;  and also act as an employee advocate - ensuring that employees and managers are able to express concerns in a manner that is respectful of all individuals and supportive of our goal to be "The Employer of Choice."
Design strategies and partner with the business to facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives aligned to employee lifecycle.
Workforce management; including talent acquisition, mobility, evaluating attrition trends and institutionalizing actions to mitigate the same.
Facilitate employee processes including performance development and reward strategy aligned to paying for performance. Manage compensation programs, including the annual incentive process, to drive performance and ensure meritocracy.
Lead the talent mapping and related development initiatives to build succession depth and support career management.
Working with central ER team and Senior HRBP to ensure all employee relations matter for the LOB are addressed appropriately.
Lead specific HR programs across the teams in Mumbai and Bangalore as the case may be
Qualifications
 
  • 12- 14 years or more of relevant, effective HR experience and master's degree in Human Resources will be preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing alternative solutions in a fast-paced, budget-challenged environment
  • Should have handled entire gamut of HR activities preferably from IT / Financial services background.
  • Ability to prioritize and drive multiple projects while remaining proactive and flexible in style
  • Proficient in handling complex employee relations concerns and mitigating risks
  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with clients and HR colleagues
  • Ability to handle large amounts of confidential/sensitive information on a frequent basis
