Job Responsibilities & Activities
  • Processing of against payment transactions initiated by Private Bank clients.  This covers the trade booking on products such as equity and fixed income. Coordinate with various internal/external counterparts to ensure timely settlement
  • Alternative Investments Offering Memorandum support role. Tasks include inventory check, closet clean up and contact point to Investors and Client Service Specialist (CSS) on any queries  
  • Corporate action notification generation and follow up
  • Collection and delivery of cheques on behalf of Private Bank clients
  • Daily monitoring of preliminary confirmation service.  Inform CSS for any failed delivery of confirmation to client.
  • Monitor control practices to ensure compliance with corporate and business standards
  • Support daily administrative needs of the team
  • Degree holder or above
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented, ability to work towards a tight deadline
  • A self-starter with ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
  • A team player who is also able to work independently
  • Adherence of operational procedures to complete task in an accurate and timely manner
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and taking ownership of issues
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills. Should be proficient with written English
