Position Overview:
 
The Commercial Banking Treasury Management (TM) team is looking for a strategic, analytical and energetic professional to help support the Commercial Bank Treasury Sales Product Team. The Business Manager will play a key role in CB TS’s Product growth agenda by working closely and supporting Product Executives to help drive business results. Key responsibilities include timely and succinct communication of key initiatives, data analysis, strategic planning, and project management with the goal of ensuring effective end-to-end execution of the TM business goals and objectives.
 
Key Responsibilities include:

Data Analytics
  • Analyze large amounts of data to create impactful analysis to assist Product Managers with TM product strategy
  • Ability to take analysis and create executive level presentation using PitchPro ++
 
Communication
  • Ensure consistent and timely communication of all product reporting initiatives to business units
  • Assist in preparing presentation material to be shared with management, business groups and other Senior level stakeholders
  • Interface with data engineering groups to layout reporting requirements and functionalities
 
Strategy
  • Coordinate strategic planning sessions, with Product Management team and key product partners
  • Analyze action steps for enhancing competitive positioning with clients
  • Participate in constant stream of projects required of the business
 
Infrastructure
  • Ensure business unit infrastructure needs are represented and executed
  • Ensure business resiliency efforts are in place and appropriate
  • Business analysis/project management support for regulatory work streams and various business/strategy needs
  • Partner with key business and functional partners to drive initiatives
  • Partner with the Finance/Banking team to coordinate various reports
 
Educational/Work Experience Qualifications
  • College degree
  • 4+ of relevant experience in banking
  • Treasury Management industry experience preferred but not necessary
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively; develop strong partnership with multiple levels of employees
  • Ability to interpret and present complex data
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project planning and management abilities in combination with proven teamwork and influential skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce successful results in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to develop strong, positive relationships with business stakeholders
  • Mature, independent, highly organized, self-motivated and a team player
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required
