Our Corporate Technology team relies on smart, driven people like you to develop applications and provide tech support for all our corporate functions across our network. Your efforts will touch lives all over the financial spectrum and across all our divisions: Global Finance, Corporate Treasury, Risk Management, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, and within the Corporate Administrative Office. You’ll be part of a team specifically built to meet and exceed our evolving technology needs, as well as our technology controls agenda.


Develop and implement a training plan supporting the education of employees across all levels within Corporate Technology. Hold training sessions covering SCRUM, KANBAN and other Agile related activities. Train to become a Lean Agile Software Development (LASD) coach and host LASD training events locally. Engage vendor coaching to scale wherever necessary, formulate consistent coaching guidelines and vocabulary.Guide teams into the Agile Software Development, providing team with feedback and means of improvement. Provide hands-on support to team members, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and improvement. Train the technical coaches and scrum masters.


Design a strategy for the organizational adoption of Agile. This includes every stage of adoption, from the introduction of Agile and employee education, to fostering teams and cultures that practice Agile, to sustaining Agile methodologies and continually offering strategies for improvement.

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering preferably Computer Science with experience in building complex enterprise software. 
  • Experience coaching teams in Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master for multiple teams as part of large scale scrum
  • Hands on programming experience
  • Proficient in Java/Databases/Spring-Framework/UI Technologies, modern engineering practices: such as TDD, ATTD, Refactoring, CI, CD etc.
  • Experience transforming applications to be ready to move to Cloud is a plus
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile frameworks (mostly SCRUM/additionally KANBAN)
  • Strong communicator and presenter
  • Experience coaching at large organizations of over 100 people
  • Coached SCRUM Masters
  • Ability/willingness to identify and call out anti-patterns and dysfunctions at all levels of the system.
  • Removal of team and organizational impediments

Desired skills:

  • Scrum Coach certification
  • Scrum Master certification
  • Experience working in Banks is a plus
