Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is the technology infrastructure organization for the firm, delivering a wide range of products and services, and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner. The objective of GTI is to balance both business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services. GTI is designed to address the unique infrastructure needs of specific lines of business and the demand to leverage economies of scale across the firm.

 

The GTI Program Management Office provide project management services to clients with qualified project management professionals that lead GTI programs and projects using Standard Project Management execution practices, tools and templates. The Portfolio Control Services team manages daily workflow and operations, standards, processes & guidelines required to deliver end-to-end services to the GTI project management community and to LOB technology teams. The Designer will be a part of Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) PMO group, reporting to the GTI Portfolio Control Services India Lead. This role will be responsible for creating the visual concepts for use in GTI PMO communications that inspire, inform or captivate customers. This involves development of overall layout and production design for Newsletters, Sharepoint Portals, organisational communications and more. Strong leadership, excellent oral and written communications and the ability to remain calm and perform under pressure are a must have.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
  • Plans concept by studying information and materials.
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
  • Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain quality and ensure accuracy and consistency of all brand material
  • Project management of a wide variety of projects from concept through to final production
  • Provide thought leadership on design strategy for all PMO communications
  • Excellent art working skills with strong attention to detail
  • Develop concept/image boards and presentation material for consideration and sign-off on assigned briefs, which are in line with the brand vision and strategy
  • Regular presentations to senior management

Work Experience 

  • Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, specifically with mock-ups, web design and multimedia presentation
  • 5+ years in professional commercial design, preferably in a financial organisation
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • Experience working with WordPress templates
  • Adaptive design eye and skill
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline
  • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript
  • Desktop Publishing Tools, Acute Vision, Desktop Publishing Tools
  • Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc.)
  • Maintains effective relationships with core and extended program team members, peers, senior stakeholders and business managers
  • Ability to listen, analyze, influence, negotiate and use judgment to solve complex issues in order to accomplish project goals
