An Electronic Trading Infrastructure Governance change coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of governance for the ETI function.  These include Change Governance, Risk and Controls, Third Party Oversight and Colocation facilities management.  The initial focus will be to manage the AMERS and EMEA change governance process with the opportunity to mature this function and create a new Vendor change process for our Nitrous program.  Nitrous is a large transformation program which will change the way we manage the entire electronic trading estate globally. This is an ideal opportunity to engage with functions across both GTI and CIB, enhance current processes, design new capabilities and to learn about a fast paced critical trading environment for the bank.
 
With the company focus on risk and controls, ETI Governance is a rapidly growing organization which presents opportunities to engage is all aspects of this function as well as vendor and speciality colocation data centre management.  All governance team member are actively encourage to cross train within the group and learn about both the Electronic trading business and supporting infrastructure.
 
 
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own and manage the Change Governance process
  • Ensure all stakeholders in GTI and CIB are well informed and have transparency to the change book of work
  • Coordinate the change calendar for ETI and ensure there are no resource conflict
  • Ensure that all change is adhering to firm standards and policies.
  • Create a new change governance process for vendor changes with a view to utilizing development resource to automate where possible.
  • Involvement is Risk and Controls coordination as required
  • Provide governance guidance to the rest of ETI
  • Minimum of five years of relevant industry experience i.e. IT Change or Risk knowledge within a financial institution
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure preferable from within a financial organization is desirable
  • An understanding of Electronic trading is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbal, at a level commensurate with the level of the audience
  • Strong Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills desirable
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a highly dynamic environment contained within a much larger functional organization
  • Some Project Management experience would be of benefit as candidates must be able to manage a complex book of work to given timescales.
