The Corporate Accounts Payable Associate will be in charge of the Accounts Payable, T&E, Fixed Assets and Accounting operations for three different legal entities in Argentina.  Reporting to the LATAM & Canada VP for Onshore Operations, he/she will work closely with the Global Product Owner teams, the Offshore Operations team and the Argentina local senior management, to ensure that all the applicable regulations and corporate policies are followed as expected while keeping a focus on the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SAP Fixed Assets and the Ariba On Demand implementations.
  • Lead the SAP AP and Concur enhancement projects.
  • Maintain a strong control environment over all the CAP activities.
  • Streamline processes and procedures to gain efficiencies.
  • Partner with Finance, Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax, Oversight & Control and Operational Risk teams.

Qualifications:

  • Public Accountant or Business Administration studies.
  • At least five years of experience in Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and/or Accounting roles.
  • Experience in Project Management and SAP implementations is mandatory.
  • Experience as team manager is mandatory.
  • Background on control environment basics, risks analysis and mitigating controls is mandatory.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of Excel (advanced) is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Tax regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Control oriented and organized.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Pro-active attitude to problem solving and execution.
  • Ability to work alone and in a team structure.
  • Able to work in a fast paced production environment.
