Regulatory Project Manager

We are looking for a PM to manage a portfolio of projects focused on the Regulatory initiatives across our global business.  You’re energetic, curious, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute ideas.  In this position as a PM you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver the projects.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Assist in driving strategic technology program and prioritizations across contributing groups
  • Contribute to executive level updates on strategy, budget, project delivery, controls, risks, etc.
  • Ensure Regulatory and Audit agendas are on track/resourced
  • Drive planning at various organizational levels
  • Ensure timetable and deliverable schedules are understood and communicated
  • Track financials related to software and hardware expenditures, resource allocation
  • Organize required reporting for business and technology management review sessions
  • Streamline processes, improve SDLC practices, and increase productivity.
Skills required:
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Project/program management experience
  • Good consensus builder; able to drive large scale initiatives and communications
  • Experienced in delivery of large integration projects within Financial Industry
  • Clear communication skills, and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely
  • Strong ownership – ability to work cross organizations and through obstacles
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a larger team
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project skills
 
Additional:
  • 10+ years industry experience
  • 5+ years of PM experience within technology organization
  • Financial industry experience with exposure to post trade domain including: fund administration, trade services, lifecycle management, investment record, asset servicing, treasury services and reporting
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel — Pivot tables, application of financial formulas, macros and PowerPoint
  • Project Management skills
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills
  • Undergraduate degree required
