This position supports the AML/KYC program, Implementations and Regulatory Operations teams within the Commercial Bank Chief Administrative Office. 
 
In this position, you will be responsible for financial reporting, including forecasting and planning, with an emphasis on expenses and headcount.   In addition to your financial reporting responsibilities, you will be involved in the Commercial Bank allocations process, including the implementation of activity based costing where applicable.  You will interface regularly with the senior leaders of these functions & their teams as well as have dotted line reporting into Corporate Finance supporting these functions globally.  The ideal candidate will be a self starter, with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
 
Responsibilities
  • Design management reporting packages to communicate business results in a transparent and concise manner to all constituents
  • Proactively analyze financial results, trends, research issues, and provide variance commentary
  • Ability to package and present projections, performance trends, and performance outlooks in an executive format
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills for partnering with various levels of the organization
  • Assist with the preparation of accurate and timely Quarterly Business Review and Monthly Executive Management Reporting materials  
  • Generate monthly, annual, and multi-year forecasting
  • Special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7-10 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, leadership, and quantitative skills; aptitude to drive reporting and projects individually and with a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - must have the ability to build strong working relationships with the management team and team members within the business
  • Self motivated individual with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Experienced user of Essbase and proficiency in SAP is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint/Pitchpro
