About Technology for Social Good, Diversity and Inclusion:
Technology for Social Good, Diversity and Inclusion (TFSG D&I) focuses on fostering a more inclusive, diverse and innovative culture across Global Technology through strategic and social good programs that attract, develop, inspire and retain a highly engaged workforce.
Key Programs:
• Force for Good: Force for Good is an ongoing development opportunity for technology analysts. First year analysts are aligned to teams working to solve a technology problem for a social good organization. Through these projects, analysts as well as JPMC experienced volunteers are able to deepen their skillsets beyond their day to day roles while giving back to the community.
• Code for Good: Code for Good is a 24 hour “hackathon” for students from leading universities to showcase their tech skills while they help a nonprofit solve a technology problem. The event allows JPMC to assess & recruit entry-level talent while the students work on real-time projects. It also provides a development opportunity for JPMC volunteers who serve as mentors and SMEs during the event.
• Youth Programs: Our team runs youth events that range from robotics competitions to prototype challenges. The aim of our youth programs is to encourage the next generation of young people to consider careers in computer science and technology.
• Diversity & Inclusion: The Technology for Social Good team supports many of the global technology organization’s diversity and inclusion programs. The programs range from immersive training camps to alternative sources of talent.
