The Global Business Resiliency Technology organization delivers technology solutions that support the Global Resiliency and Crisis Management groups across the bank.  This group is responsible for the operational support of the Global Enterprise Notification Tool (GENT).  This system is used to electronically communicate with all staff members during crisis events. 
We are seeking a specialist who will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application system in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issue resolution or escalation.
Responsibilities also include defining and implementing business and product specific solutions.  In addition, root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership with infrastructure service support team members.
Additional responsibilities will include (and not limited to):
    • Participate in overall Program by designing specific long-term strategies
    • Participate as a Subject Matter Expert  in designing integration solutions with other related applications
    • Participating in the Change Management process - in accordance with Life Cycle methodologies and risk guidelines
    • Provide clients with hands-on training sessions (Global time zones when required)
    • Develop written operational procedures and Best Practice guidelines
    • Perform data quality reviews and develop plans to correct faulty content
    • Perform Security Administration / provisioning functions
    • Perform statistical problem ticket trend analysis and implement solutions to reduce future occurrences
    • Perform problem resolution functions
    • Design and deploy product specific solutions to support Crisis and Resiliency management requirements
    • Ensure that operational tasks are performed as designed and on schedule
  • 3 years of experience with the Global Enterprise Notification Tool (GENT)
  • 2 years of technology or relevant work experience
  • Experience developing Emergency Communications policies, procedures, and system operation’s documentation
  • Resiliency communications expertise supporting global deployments, data integration, documentation, and system training
  • Understanding of relational database technology
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong client focus
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team to meet target dates
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools in particular: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Word
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Access and Project
  • Business or Technology related four year degree
