The Process Management Associate will work with both the project implementation team and the on-going operations staff to support development and documentation of related processes and service solutions.  The successful candidate will have experience and strength in areas including process re-engineering, project work and support of an on-going service operation while effectively working with cross-functional teams in a complex evolving space.  Viable candidates are those who organize work and people, and proactively takes on execution work to meet objectives within deadlines.



  • Develop new process designs and service solutions to address needs and gaps in the Fiduciary Tax Program, by working with a diverse multi-disciplinary team of personnel and vendors
  • Identify and action improvements on processes and solutions involving Fiduciary Tax Operations, Trust & Estate Officers and Technology
  • Bringing appropriate focus on operational excellence as well as risk and controls in the design of processes and solutions
  • Analyze impact of potential changes to services, operations and project work, providing recommendations
  • Prepare and make presentations to teams involving work processes, procedures and service delivery; facilitate meetings and design sessions with cross-functional working teams
  • Undertake aspects of Project Management and project execution as needed, including preparation of project decks for senior Executive meetings
  • Raise up opportunities for greater effectiveness and efficiency in the Fiduciary Tax Operations team 
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes and standard operating procedures as needed
  • As workload permits, work with leaders in other areas of the Trust & Estates business and Tax Operations team to identify process improvements, organizing projects and executing project work to bring greater effectiveness and efficiency

  • 3+ years’ experience in project work and process re-engineering including involvement in project planning, project execution, requirements and solution development, process mapping and service improvement etc.
  • Strong process-orientation; seeks to integrate work and processes across teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills; works easily with employees at different levels, vendors and across global team building relationships and creating buy-in
  • Strong organizational skills including effective prioritization, multi-tasking and ability to focus
  • Strong personal leadership skills, demonstrating proactivity and a bias for execution
  • Strength in documentation and attention to detail, but keeps in balance with overall objectives
  • Ability to digest technical information quickly, eager to learn
  • Experience in Tax and Operations is a definite asset
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and years
