Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is the Technology backbone for the firm, delivering a wide range of products and services, and partnering with all lines of business (LOB) to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution, and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner. The objective of GTI is to balance both business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services. GTI is designed to address the unique infrastructure needs of specific lines of business and the demand to leverage economies of scale across the firm.
The Business Management team is an integration and coordination point to drive regional Key Performance Indicators and metric processes for GTI. The team contributes to the development of long term strategic roadmap for GTI Asia Pacific as well as defines the process management functions that support GTI's success. Streamline operating committee submissions, monthly business engagement sessions, GTI / LOB updates are some of the added responsibilities of this function. The team is also responsible to develop a communication strategy and roadmap focusing on GTI's key stakeholders.
As a Business Management Analyst in GTI, you will partner with stakeholders across all GTI groups to understand and assess complex issues from all angles, and propose solutions to the senior leaders. You will also be in charge for developing and delivering management level reports, analysis and presentations to aid the leadership team in decision making.
  • Work and foster strong relationships with stakeholders from different line of businesses (LOB) in GTI
  • Support the GTI APAC management committee initiatives e.g. culture uplift program
  • Extract, analyze and report data to senior management e.g. Communication plan metrics
  • Consolidate and produce presentation materiel for GTI APAC e.g. Townhall presentation
  • Propose ideas to streamline communication such that information flows effectively across the region
  • Coordinate with regional and global peers to support the organization.
  • Foster relationships with regional service leads to extract information effectively.
  • Track and report travel expenses
  • Oversee the region’s communication plan e.g. set-up webcasts
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in the Financial Services / Technology Industry
  • Degree holder
  • Previous exposure to Technology related roles would be favorably looked at.
  • Confident taking ownership and solve for problems.
  • Comfortable with chasing and following up with information owners effectively
  • Prior experience in business and/or project management
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing business and technology needs
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well not only in a team but independently too
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
