Global Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) is a best-in-class, global HR Service Delivery organization of approximately 790 people, servicing the entire global population of JPMC, currently totaling over 249,000 employees worldwide, in 64 countries. The HRSD Metrics team is part of the HR Optimization and Service Management within HRSD. It oversees, coordinates and executes the provision of HRSD function-related information to Corporate Sector groups and LOBs firm-wide, delivering performance measurement for HRSD functions.  Requires coordination with HR Technology; HR LOB, Corporate, Regional functions and other areas to meet the HR Management Information needs of the firm.  Specific activities include:

  • Delivering scorecards and related process improvement identification and analysis for Global HRSD processes to help operate HR like a business.

  • Delivering reporting and analysis, ensuring consistent reporting processes, data definitions, and use of standardized reports.

  • Strong focus on Risk & Controls including importance around data confidentiality

  • Drive innovative strategies for superior employee experience

We are currently seeking candidates who can provide analytical support, participate in the design and management of analytics in support of business process and reporting. The chosen candidate should be detail oriented, high on business and analytical acumen, possesses a natural flair for automation and process improvement. The position will report to the Global HRSD Metrics Lead and will be responsible for:


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of the Global HRSD Scorecard process and deliver the Scorecards within the prescribed SLAs in an accurate manner.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the scorecards and work with functional units/clients to implement enhancements.

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop better solutions for scorecard production and delivery

  • Conduct review of scorecard performance results and variance analysis of scorecard outcomes with functional units/clients.

  • Review and measure objectives/processes against targets; assess data quality and consistency in conjunction with stakeholders

  • Provide backup support for other Scorecard production in the team and assist with related ad-hoc reporting.

  • Produce reports to obtain Global HRSD data from a case management tool and assist with other similar ad-hoc reporting requests.

  • The role also expands to participating in systems and data integration testing during system upgrades

  • Drive process improvements, including automation, on the processes/tools used to increase the capability & efficiency of reporting efforts

  • Track, report and manage metrics that would represent the quantitative and qualitative productivity of the team on a periodical basis.

  • Education: Minimum Graduate degree in any stream
  • Information Technology certification from an IT education and training organization preferred
  • 3+ years working in a metrics reporting or similar role, ideally in Human Resources or related discipline
Required Skills and Experience 
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VBA/macro experience is required) and MS SharePoint
  • Intermediate skills using reporting tools (i.e., Business Objects, QlikView, Tableau or similar) preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills, ability to apply a range of analytical tools, gain and synthesize insights and develop solutions
  • Exposure to HR Metrics and HR Process Improvement related initiatives; experience working with managers to measure and improve business performance a plus.
  • Requires attention to the details, audit skills and the ability to follow through and resolve outstanding issues 
  • Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing initiatives
  • Strong self-development focus. Must have an enthusiasm to learn.

  • Willingness to work in Flexible Shifts (APAC – EMEA hours)
