  • Responsible for managing Cash Operations i.e. Payment and Deposit
  • Develops, recommends and executes business plans for the Operations Team.
  • Exhibits a full knowledge and thorough understanding of the entire operations functions.
  • Keeps abreast of new technologies and applications and their implications for assigned area.
  • Working with peers of similar position technology and other operations groups at strategic level.
  • Working with local managements (branch and LOB) at strategic level.
  • Working with relevant Compliance Departments for compliance requirements/issues for the Operations Team.
  • Implementation of policies and procedures, workflow and risks management.
  • Provides day-to-day resolution of complex problems and guides the execution of complex transactions.
  • Executes Client and System implementation projects for team.
  • Provide management information/reporting.
  • Planning and expenses control.  Provide feedback/suggestion on resource requirements and allocation.
  • Provide product information or recommendation to internal business partners.

  • Proven leadership qualities and ability to use appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to motivate and build a cohesive team for achieving department goals and objectives.
  • Ability of identify opportunities and promptly initiate action and escalate potential risks to minimize loss.
  • Willingness to take ownership and responsibility to accomplish goals.

  • Thorough knowledge and experience in payment and deposit products.
