Risk Management Policy Group
The Risk Management Policy Group is a firmwide corporate function reporting to the Firmwide Risk Executive of Risk Management policy who in turn reports to the JPMC Chief Risk Officer.  The group’s focus is firmwide Risk Management policy governance and Risk Management policy initiatives. We are seeking an Analyst to provide support across both areas.
 
Job Description
  • Assists Policy Managers in the annual policy review process and other life cycle events around policy governance and the maintenance of supporting documents.
  • Supports the group’s efforts in overseeing and managing risk management owned  documents published on the firmwide policy portal
  • Supports Risk Management in releases related to publishing and authoring technologies and related dashboards and workflow applications. Also provides training and demonstrations on these tools.
  • Maintains document reference data in spreadsheets and publishing applications
  • Project management of RMPG initiatives and projects
  • Maintains team procedures including workflows, user guides and procedures
  • Prepares presentations and analysis via PowerPoint / Pitch Pro and Excel
  • Prepares and distributes monthly reporting
  • Contributes to identifying and managing the opportunities for improvement in the overall operating model
  • Highly motivated to learn about risk management and policy governance
  • Strong control mind set and attention to detail with excellent organization skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills and ability to work with pivot table and data
  • Ability to create metrics to track and report processes and events
  • Interested in online communications and portal management
  • Risk Management, Credit Risk, Operational Risk or other Corporate Governance or control function experience a plus
