The Role:
We seek an experienced Digital Product Manager to the America Digital team.   The role is to manage the digital needs for the institutional and liquidity asset management business, and support our digital transformation initiatives.  The Digital Product Manager will work collaboratively with web product leads, marketing managers and senior management.  The successful individual will possess a deep understanding and keen interest across the digital marketing spectrum alongside strong project delivery experience.
 
Responsibilities
  • Translate technical information into usable and actionable information for non-technical stakeholders
  • Manage, support and promote our growing roster of institutional podcasts including the Center for Investment Excellence.
  • Manage, support and maintain quality of websites for the institutional and liquidity businesses
  • Oversee project management and implement insight-driven digital content in partnership with colleagues.
  • Partner with digital analytics to track engagement data and surface metrics-based insights and best practices to better serve our clients. 
  • Own planning, ideation, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and enhancements.
  • Work closely with institutional and liquidity marketing, product marketing, branding, business intelligence, compliance, and broader digital team to continuously improve digital engagement
  • Uncover and synthesize best ideas, determine optimal processes and procedures, and leverage the intellectual capital of the firm

 

  • 8+ years across web, e-commerce or digital marketing environments with good grasp of business, technology, user experience, finance and marketing  in an AGILE/SCRUM environment
  • Experience across web, ecommerce, or digital marketing environments
  • Ability to translate business and technical concepts into functional specifications
  • Must demonstrate initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities
  • Must be able to establish strong relationship with the business and project stakeholders to ensure that business goals are met in a timely manner
  • Experience in content publishing, content management systems (CMS), digital content delivery management, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO, analytics
  • Experience managing podcast creation
  • Asset management experience: knowledge of the DB and DC spaces.
  • Project management and execution: Excellent attention to detail, solid organization skills and the ability to accurately manage large volumes of information, colleagues, calendars, and work.
  • Best practices: Driven to identify industry and JPM best practices, implement them across web, podcasts, and communications. Document and share them across the organization.
  • Strategic and critical thinking: Implement impactful initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Innovation: Pinpoint opportunities to develop unique, competitive programs and alternative delivery models; create a differentiated client experience by developing well-defined strategies.
