The Equity Risk, Analytics and Structuring technology group has a vacancy of a Business Analyst focused on Front Office Data & Analytics.
As a member of the Strategic Data & Analytics team the candidate will deliver global green field business projects for front office quantitative and trading stakeholders across a range of Data & Analytics projects including delivery of: Real-Time Trader tools, Management MIS & Reporting and Ad-Hoc analyses.
The candidate will support the APAC business to collect local requirements and to deliver global Strategic Data & Analytics projects into APAC.
The candidate will contribute to improving the global data using data governance techniques and business expertise.
Skills required are intermediate:
▪ Analytical and quantitative skills▪ Organizational and project management skills including shaping and executing on major projects for business projects
▪ Detail-oriented - able to perform detailed data analysis
▪ Data management expertise including Data Modelling, Data Governance and Data Testing
▪ MS Office skills including Advanced Excel
▪ Oral and written communication
Knowledge required is intermediate:
▪ Knowledge of Equities and Equity Derivatives gained in Front Office environment. Specifically the candidate must posses a thorough understanding of systematic trading business
▪ Data & Analytics platforms including QlikView, Tableau, SQL
