Commercial Term Lending (CTL) is seeking a talented individual for our Project Management Analyst opportunity.  This key position will support the Multifamily Northern California Regional Sales Manager, California Area Sales Executive and team.

 

CTL provides commercial real estate owners and investors with term financing solutions for purchase or refinance of stabilized multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and mixed use properties. With over 1,000 employees nationwide, CTL delivers fast, efficient and streamlined loan transactions to our clients, helping them build their commercial real estate portfolio for long term success. We pride ourselves on reliably providing our clients straightforward, competitively priced loan programs, which include fixed and adjustable rate terms, early rate lock, and flexible prepayment options. Local knowledge and experience are key to commercial real estate success, which is why CTL draws on deep local expertise from its sales teams to understand our customers’ businesses and deliver personalized service from start to finish.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of business reports/requirements; including data analysis

  • Sales team project management support from initiation through implementation; including phases such as planning, analysis, design, development and implementation

  • Gather, analyze and present project data and findings

  • Provide in-depth analyses and insight to identify issues and arrive at recommendations

  • Track & monitor key metrics

  • General administrative and office functions including:

    • Calendar

    • Travel

    • Phone coverage

    • Point of contact for sales office space / moves

    • Point of contact for new hire on-boarding; including system access

    • Point of contact for technology/application questions

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline preferred
  • 2-4 years of proven analysis and administrative work experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Ability and desire to manage or initiate special projects
  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication and verbal communication
  • Strong sense of urgency, self-starter and can work independently
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations
  • Flexibility with regard to work schedule and task prioritization
