Role and Responsibilities: As a Lending Solutions Business Management Analyst you will partner with not only the Global Head of Lending Solutions and Regional Practice Leads on a wide variety of projects and analysis with components of strategy, project management, data gathering/analysis, and management reporting, but also with an integrated team including bankers, global investment specialists, lending advisors, and trust and estate experts to execute on various project and priorities to serve new clients and existing clients. This position provides significant exposure to Private Banking senior management and front office advisors.
 
  • Drive enhancements to sales management processes and tools
  • Develop and present content and strategic insights to communicate regional strategy and results to a variety of audiences (town halls, offsites, business reviews for senior management, etc.) 
  • Analyze business drivers such as flows, pipeline, new and lost clients, and referrals. Manage processes to gather and maintain data inputs for these drivers.
  • Own the coordination and follow-up for frequent ad hoc data requests from management
  • Analyze client’s needs and objectives through balance sheet and cash flow analysis
  • Provide lending solutions to assure that pricing carefully balances market, return, and overall client objectives
  • Coordinate and manage ongoing reporting of capital advisory programs including product marketing,  pipeline progress, banker scorecards
  • As you progress in your role, you will assume significant responsibility by interacting frequently with senior management
Qualifications: We seek candidates with a unique blend of interpersonal and analytical skills. Private Banking Analysts efficiently leverage both qualitative and quantitative resources to understand complex financial situations and present solutions. Specific qualifications include:
  • Relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft office programs including excel, power point and Adobe PDF
  • Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and poise giving presentations
  • Have a working knowledge of accounting principles
  • Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing projects with limited supervision
  • Good judgment and discretion working with highly confidential information
