We have opportunities for a Payroll Supervisor in our HR Service Delivery group. 

 

Key Responsibility

  • Manage the payroll team in delivering payroll reports within the prescribed service levels.
  • Manage third party vendors in the delivery of monthly retirement funding.
  • Oversee final pay and retirement releasing operations.
  • Responsible for the monthly, quarterly & annual BIR regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Responsible for overseeing the tax update, manual payroll inputs and final pay processing of employees every payout
  • Perform duties that are required from time to time

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be a Bachelor’s/College Degree graduate in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or its equivalent
  • Minimum 4-years supervisory experience specializing in Payroll Administration
  • Total work experience of 6-8 years in related field
  • Extensive experience in statutory regulatory reporting requirements
  • Ability to deal with employees from varying organizational levels
  • With strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • With effective multitasking ability, project management and stress management skills
  • Has strong interpersonal, written & communication skills
  • Advanced critical thinking, problem solving skills and meticulous attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook,  Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Proactive, resourceful, analytical and willing to invest long working hours in a fast-paced environment
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
