Our Global Service Centers (GSCs) are strategically positioned in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad to support the firm’s operations regionally and globally. The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   The Technology team at our GSCs service all Lines of Business and Enterprise Technology in helping build and operate innovative industry leading solutions. The breadth of capabilities within the Technology team at the GSC enables it to support the firm in leading edge areas such as Digital, Big data analytics, Robotics & Machine Learning.
The Ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ of experience with the following:
  • 7+ years of employment history in the Financial Services industry and a corresponding history of data models delivered
  • Expert in both OLTP  3NF modeling and Kimball-style dimensional modeling; OLAP is a plus
  • Familiarity with SDLC
  • A track record of using Erwin, versions 7 – 9;  experience with other data modeling tools will be considered
  • Excellent problem solving skills and technical reasoning
  • Awareness of other modeling techniques such as UML
  • Familiarity with reference data at the global and local level
  • Familiarity with a standard Financial Industry Data Models (examples: IBM, Teradata, etc.) is a plus, but not required

•Demonstrable ability to work in a highly energetic, multi-faceted, international environment showing ability to quickly assess technical challenges and respond appropriately.

•Experience in working on projects with demanding timescales.

•Should keep abreast of current industry trends and be able to bring industry standards and best practices, lessons learned to the project.

•Strong communication skills as this individual will need to work closely with clients, users and managers.

•Strong client focus.

•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Good team player, gets on well with others and able to work with people of different skill levels.

•An understanding of quality and process improvement.

•Organized person who is able to keep track of issues & requests and ensure proper follow-up and closure
