J.P. Morgan is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager for Mexico, with responsibility for developing and implementing recruiting strategies and delivery of a high quality, end-to-end recruitment process across lines of business in the region. Additional, this position will provide HRBP service to Corporate Areas.  The main objective will be to deliver an exceptional recruitment and BP service, better hiring decisions, an enhanced applicant experience and efficiencies in process.  As part of the HR Recruiting Team for Mexico, the Recruiter will manage the following responsibilities:
 
  • Recruiting across all lines of business (Corporate & Investment Banks and Corporate functions) for Mexico
  • Understand business needs and partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop strategies and execute as appropriate
  • Identify the appropriate channels to market available roles and attract top talent
  • Partner with HR Country heads and local HR teams
  • Drive the recruitment process end-to-end
  • Prescreen resumes and interview finalist candidates
  • Interact with clients, presenting candidates and preparing reports when needed
  • Collect and consolidate interview feedback
  • Develop offer proposals and seek appropriate approvals
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both oral and written
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in recruiting, having handled high volume of roles in parallel
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools such as Taleo, LinkedIn, job boards
  • Experience in cross border recruiting; financial recruiting experience a plus
  • Proven capability to work independently and at a distance from Manager
