The Global Contingent Workforce Management team (GCWM) is responsible for designing and executing (in partnership with LOBs) the global firmwide strategy for selecting, managing, and utilizing third-parties who provide contingent labor or project-based services to JPMorgan Chase & Co. GCWM is solely responsible for (1) the on-boarding of contingent labor; (2) ensuring compliance and conformance with said strategy; (3) execution of an objective supplier selection process; (4) supplier adherence to firmwide risk management standards; and, (5) securing best rates for all LOBs.


GCWM is looking to hire an experienced analytics, reporting, and presentation associate with skills in managing complex data, building and running management reports, and developing presentations and specifically supporting Quarterly Business Reviews and Senior Management briefings. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and work under pressure with a wide variety of people across the organization.


The role will provide an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled, mid-level professional to play a role, within a global team, with significant importance to the management of global contingent workforce across JPMorgan while interacting with senior management across the organization and globally.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be able to provide support to LOBs in obtaining contingent labor metrics on on-going basis; to perform data analysis and visualization; to develop standardized and ad hoc reports; to prepare quarterly business reviews (QBRs); and, to develop and monitor key performance indicators necessary to track supplier performance and contractor-related on-boarding activities.

 
Summary of Responsibilities
  • Interpret and analyze complex data to identify supplier performance trends
  • Monitor and report on contractor on-boarding and supplier performance
  • Develop and run ongoing and ad hoc reports
  • Develop standardized QBRs
  • Track and report on SLAs
  • Provide on-going reporting support to LOBs
  • Assist the Data Management and Reporting team with the on-going management of GCWM’s data infrastructure
Skills & Experience
  • Proven working experience with managing data, developing management reports, and producing business presentations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to understand database infrastructures
  • Experience using a variation of tools to conduct data mining and segmentation such as Excel, Access, Tableau, QlickView and others
  • Experience in working with constituents from different backgrounds and departments
  • Experiencing in building presentations in PowerPoint
