Global Supplier Services Operations (GSSO) provides infrastructure support and data services leveraged by all lines of business and corporate areas. We work in close partnership with global finance, technology and rest of the COO organization to establish standard operations that are integrated across business, functions, legal entities and regions.
Corporate Accounts Payable (CAP) is responsible for the payment of vendor invoices, reimbursement of business travel & entertainment expenses, and processing and reporting of corporate fixed assets. The T&E department also manages the corporate card program which includes processing corporate card applications and maintenance forms.

  • Teamwork - Creates and/or contributes to an environment of collaboration and mutual responsibility (e.g. effectively influences others to gain cooperation and address issues; initiates and is responsive to requests from other products, regions, etc.)
  • Should be creative and innovative; challenges status quo; generates strategic advice/product/client solutions
  • Have a track record of formulating innovative ideas and gaining buy-in from senior management in addition to a track record of execution/delivery/process improvement/leadership in a challenging environment
    • 5-7 years’ experience , Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
    • 2 plus years of experience in managing medium size team
    • Knowledge of Accounts Payable Operations & basic reconciliation
    • Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software
    • Working knowledge of SAP and Concur preferred
    • Should be willing to work US hours
