Digital Product Manager
The Digital Product Manager will oversee the physical to digital mail work queue. This includes accepting physical USPS mail, opening, scanning, executing a digital image file, physical filing and retrieval activities. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of various Digital Scanning projects and tasks, including; Quality Control, Key Reporting, Operational Metrics, Employee Development and Client Relationship.
The successful candidate will be a tech-savvy professional with in-depth understanding of how technology is applied to various applications and business goals. This candidate should have excellent time management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and individuals at all levels within the organization.
The successful candidate must possess the skills and abilities to manage and deliver various projects digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements
