As a project manager in the Home Lending Cyber program you will define, manage, and execute cyber security projects. This will include conducting analysis of systems and networks, driving and managing the delivery of technical controls and vulnerability mitigation, and documenting the mitigations related to the security of computer systems and networks in corporate and secured environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts with firm wide and division teams to define and initiate Home Lending Cyber programs & projects
  • Analysis of data, technical topics, manage ad hoc reporting as needed
  • Identify and engage cross impacted teams for cyber efforts
  • Act as a key liaison between the cyber tower program, risk managers, application development, and senior management
  • Drive program budgetary planning, tracking and gap analysis
  • Executive communications on Program and project status
  • Manage project and program level plans for assigned cyber program initiatives
  • Conduct project meetings, submits weekly project status reports, tracks action items, issues, and risks
  • Communicate technical requirements to application development teams
  • Provide input to cyber program level instructions and documentation to ensure clear and consistent implementation of IT
  • Risk Policies, Procedures and Standards
  • Influencing overall program towards process improvements for business as usual activities
  • Provide approach and process improvement recommendations as needed
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) or related field / experience (computer science, information systems, system analysis, computer engineering or related field preferred)
  • Minimum of 7+ years combined Project Management and Business Analysis experience
  • Experience with IT Risk Mitigation and Controls
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large projects across complex organizations
  • Ability to adhere to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Project Delivery Framework
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to develop and deliver management presentations
  • Experience working with/leading geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups with strong team management, leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with little oversight

Preferred Skills:

  • Clarity, Excel (data analytics), SharePoint, Word /PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with OWASP Top 10
  • Experience/understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis
  • Experience working in an agile environment
