Role Description:

  • The core role will be supporting the EMEA TS Client Service and Implementations (CS&I) in the following capacity:
  • As trusted advisor to the TS CS&I Business Head in EMEA
  • Key point of contact for Service and support functions to help achieve business objectives
  • Drive data-driven analysis to help facilitate decision making
  • Help communicate the business strategy, performance and priorities within the region and globally, as well as across LOBs
  • Proactively and on request provide strategic analysis and reporting to facilitate business progression
  • Ensure the business is in compliance with LOB and corporate-wide objectives and policies
  • Build effective relationships and work closely with F&BM colleagues across Banking

Summary of Core Responsibilities:

  • Establishment and execution of the Service strategy and priorities in conjunction with Business Head
  • Oversight of monthly performance reporting and forecasting process, including expense and headcount
  • Management of regional Client Segmentation exercise, working globally to ensure consistent approach
  • Assisting Service Managers with client coverage reporting and capacity planning
  • Management of annual and bi-annually survey approaches.  Working with Service Management to collate survey names, supporting marketing through the survey process and analysing results
  • Provide global liaison within Client Service & Implementations to align objectives and initiatives  
  • Preparation of periodic and ad hoc business performance presentations / reviews
  • Contribution to the EMEA/Global F&BM agenda (priorities, projects, events)
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills; flexibility, ability to prioritise requests and multi-task
  • Strong understanding of Banking products and Client Service models
  • Enthusiastic, self motivated and effective under pressure
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills, excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills; team player
