This individual will develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow credit card accounts through innovation, capabilities enhancements and marketing across Chase-owned digital channels.  The ideal candidate has expertise in creating winning online customer experiences that deliver conversion growth, is fluent with digital data and possesses strong management experience in multi-channel marketing strategy and optimization. The position requires an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify opportunity and deliver results.
 
  • This job oversees acquisition for all Chase branded, business and partner cards across Chase owned digital channels (chase.com, always-on offers, mobile app, Credit Journey).
  • Candidates should be driven by a fast paced, rapidly growing environment and be able to drive progress working with multiple lines of business, senior level internal and external stakeholders, executional partners and creative agencies.
  • Candidates should have broad experience in digital product management, direct marketing and/or campaign management either on the client side or agency. The person filling this role will collaborate with technical, creative and strategy groups to create best in class digital experiences. If you understand the space, know how to motivate customer behavior online and are ideas and results oriented - this could be the position for you.
 
Lead Generation:
  • Optimize substantial channel investment across Chase-owned digital channels.
 
Lead Conversion:                
  • Play a leadership role in improving the credit card acquisitions experience and related digital marketing to increase conversions and create a best in class customer experience for prospective cardmembers.  
  • Spearhead integrated digital strategy across consumer lines of business to efficiently deliver against Chase goal of deepening relationships with customers. Strategies include capabilities builds, channel optimization and innovation.
  • Manage digital marketing strategy, creative agencies and internal resources to drive business results against a defined strategy·        
  • Partner closely with the digital enterprise groups, Customer Experience team and Analytics to continuously improve the online customer experience.
  • Connect business priorities to existing and new technology capabilities to drive innovation agenda.

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 10+ years of related marketing experience
  • Must have substantial experience in the Internet space with a customer-centric focus and application of segmentation and campaign measurement strategies.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience managing profitability and performance of an online channel (e.g. e-commerce property for top brand) inside or outside of financial services.
  • Passion for all things digital with fresh ideas and the know-how to get them done
  • Working knowledge of content management tools and mobile technology (e.g. responsive design)
  • Experience working with external creative agencies required.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics and ad serving engines (X+1, Omniture, Insight, Dart For Advertisers, Dart For Publishers, Google Analytics)
  • Analytical skills with the ability identify and recommend new opportunities is desired
  • Strong project management, multi-tasking, and leadership skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally to a range of audiences – from senior management to technical/operations groups.
  • Consensus-building and teamwork skills required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • This position requires a minimum of 2-3 days per week travel to Wilmington, DE.
