The Corporate & Investment bank Finance & Business Management group is seeking for new member to join the LATAM project team, based in São Paulo. The Corporate and Investment Bank Finance & Business Management’s goals are to ensure a sound control environment and provide financial advice to support the business strategy.  Our group supports a mixture of projects related to the Finance and Operational processes and Regulatory changes across multiple businesses and function in the Corporate and Investment Bank.
Responsibilities include:
  • Act as the Finance/Legal Entity Risk Reporting project lead across the various initiatives within CIB.
  • Responsible for supporting all steps of the project life cycle (initiation, planning, business requirements, functional design, build, test planning & execution and implementation).
  • Manage project related issues, risks, dependencies, and action items, liaising with multiple stakeholders and cross functional project teams located in different regions, promoting constant communication and updates.
  • Create project related materials such as project plans, business requirements documents, and test plans as needed.
  • Create and manage meeting related materials such as agendas, minutes, and action item tracking.
  • Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure all Project documentation is updated in the project repository.

 

  • Project management discipline
  • Proactivity and strong “Problem Solving” mindset
  • Finance background is a strong plus – must be able to interact and discuss project issues with legal entity control, financial control and product controller teams.
  • Financial Products Knowledge (FX, Derivatives, Fixed Income) also a strong plus.
  • Basic Risk/P&L knowledge is desirable as the person should be able to engage LE Risk reporting teams, understand their requirements and drive forward the discussions with technology.
  • Time management & organization skills
  • Excellent soft skills and stakeholder management
  • Ability to map and understand complex workflows and business processes
  • Ability to build project scorecards targeted to senior audience
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
