This position will be a part of Branch Engineering team for Branch Infrastructure Services team in Consumer and Business Banking.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Work with diverse lines of business to determine desired technical solutions for business challenges
  • Function as a subject matter expert for supported technologies within the team
  • Design/Build of custom solutions and challenges in a distributed end point space
  • OS image creation and build management
  • Software packaging/integration
  • Software distribution
  • Automated inventory collection
  • Patch and vulnerability threat management
  • Process and tool automation
  • Configuration and systems certification for retail banking
  • Lead service design, and configuration
  • Design products required for supported environments
  • Integrate configuration management solutions
  • Implement standards, technology & process automation to ensure compliance to business and corporate policies and provide the top level of support for related products
  • Deal with outside vendors and assisting with engineering solutions to fit within the branch space
  • Excellent communication – written, verbal and non-verbal
  • Proven desire and ability to learn new technologies with regular frequency
  • Track Record of customer service focus
  • Tested Collaboration and teamwork experience
  • Proven troubleshooting capabilities
  • Configuration management in a large scale, highly distributed environment that includes Microsoft Windows 7/10, zero touch installations, application packaging, scripting and application integration
  • 5+ years deployment/engineering experience within Microsoft Windows OSes including both server and desktop products. Recent experience with Windows 10/Windows 7/Windows Server 2008R2/Server 2012 required.
  • 3+ years’ experience of infrastructure management in automated software delivery service field
  • 5+ years engineering experience with Microsoft Active Directory – Subject Matter Expert for workstation Group Policy and application integration.
  • 2+ years’ experience with OS and application virtualization, remote hosting, desktop VDI, and/or Thin Client terminal devices
  • Experience with Software installation packaging or automation is preferred (Wise Installer, Admin studio, Install Shield, Radia/SCCM packagers
  • 2+ years working with any OS provisioning method or tools; ADS, RIS, PXE, BootP, Opsware, Radia, SCCM etc...
  • 5+ years system automation/configuration scripting including: VB/VBS, PowerShell, REXX, AutoIt, and/or other.
  • Experience with IOS, Android, Windows 10, and Mobile Device Management is preferred
  • Require experience in a large highly distributed enterprise, utilizing industry best practices and mature processes for product release and change control
  • Familiarity of the Software Development Life Cycle would be preferred but not required
