The Currencies and Emerging Markets (CEM) business has experienced a spectacular growth over the last 7 years both in America and in EMEA. This growth has been made possible thanks to a good balance between product innovation and successful risk management. In the EMEA Region, CEM is a market maker in the following product lines: EMEA EM Bonds, EMEA EM Interest Rate Derivatives & FX Forwards, EMEA FX Spot Trading (EM and G10), Exotics and Hybrids (Rates and Credit structures), and Global FX Options; offering diverse exposure across the fixed income product range.
The Controller will be required to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements for the business, and will be responsible for submission of quarterly regulatory reporting for consolidation to the Corporate and Investment Bank. There will be scope to look at the wider Currencies and Emerging Markets business. He/she will report to a Vice President.
