Our Global Service Centers (GSCs) are strategically positioned in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad to support the firm’s operations regionally and globally. The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          The Technology team at our GSCs service all Lines of Business and Enterprise Technology in helping build and operate innovative industry leading solutions. The breadth of capabilities within the Technology team at the GSC enables it to support the firm in leading edge areas such as Digital, Big data analytics, Robotics & Machine Learning.

 

 

 

  • 7-10 years of Quality Analyst work experience that spans good hands on experience in manual testing of web applications.
  • Experience/understanding of business requirements and priorities.
  • Attend all design walkthrough's related to the end to end workflow and review all documentation like Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirements Document, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, writing skills and solid experience in documenting testing artefacts such as Test plans, Test scripts and Test execution reports.
  • Good understanding of agile methodology.
  • Work closely with technology partners to identify, prioritize and automate the testing various functionalities.
  • Experience working on multiple projects at a time.
  • Experience of working in fast changing environment.
  • Ability to design and document complex system workflows using requirement coverage of test cases  
  • Ability to strategize test cases and integrate into the wider end to end regression  
  • Experience in executing the regression test suite and troubleshoot issues and identify issues / defects
  • Ensure defects are raised, recorded with quality and managed to resolution
  • Proficient in using Quality Center / ALM and JIRA tools for maintaining test artefacts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products; Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint. 
  • Able to work independently as well as with a team to meet target dates
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Automation skill set preferred.

  • Experience on Selenium, Cucumber or Fitnesse is a plus.
  • Ensure scripts can be run efficiently and designed to be easily maintainable through parameterization and configuration 

Education and Experience:

  • Good to have some experience in test automation.
  • Good experience in QA processes, reporting QA metrics   
  • Good written and oral communication skills
