The Vendor Management Office (VMO) is responsible for all aspects of the vendor life cycle. This includes procurement, vendor selection, vendor certification, vendor performance/governance and management all aspects of the Project Brave contract.  We are also responsible for key strategic vendor management initiatives including outsourcing/offshoring programs, organizational productivity assessments and centralization analyses.
 
JPMC is seeking an associate to join the Global Real Estate (GRE) Vendor Management team in a project management capacity and to execute upon certain initiatives.
 
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Participate in VMO process design and reengineering programs
  • Analyze technology solutions to improve productivity of the VMO, including Third Party Oversight, Third Party Intermediary and Contingent Worker Management programs
  • Coordinate and collaborate with GRE partners, including Technology, Supplier Oversight Services (SOS), Category Sourcing and Global Anti-Corruption Compliance in support of initiatives
  • Conduct checkpoint meetings, provide status updates, and document progress on assigned projects
  • Actively participate in weekly progress meetings and maintain and distribute project meeting minutes.
  • Serve as primary client interface for all compliance inquiries
  • Perform data quality audits of information entered in GRE vendor system
