The Cybersecurity organization within JPMorgan Chase & Co. operates as part of Global Technology directly accountable to the CIO of the firm and providing cybersecurity services to all lines of business (LOB) across JPMC. The Cybersecurity organization’s objective is to ensure that JPMC is able to effectively detect, prevent and respond to cyber threats against our technology & business infrastructure.
The Role…
The Cybersecurity Endpoint Security Product Manager will be responsible for managing the activities of a product, including product development and product management and have direct impact on the product's financials and strategic direction. You will also participate in the development, implementation and coordination of the product strategy, including the product's consumption.
Endpoint Security product mission is to manage the standards and capabilities for securing the firm’s end point computing devices. Control capabilities include malware detection & prevention, endpoint activity monitoring, and build standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities…
  • Product Roadmap – Develop a product roadmap that represents key deliverables, dependencies & benefits.
  • Manage and prioritize the Endpoint Security book of work.
  • Ensure product controls are aligned and assessed against the firm’s Threat Scenarios and Risk Framework.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders to identify needs and map it to network product roadmap.
  • Provides technical and program oversight within the Endpoint Security product portfolio
  • Work closely with Endpoint Security product owner and the Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) Team to ensure day to day activities have the appropriate priority and have strong alignment to roadmap.
  • Manage dependencies within and outside of the Endpoint Security product.
  • Provides senior level presentations and ongoing reporting on this key program.
  • Bachelors Degree or greater in Computer Science, Engineering or another technical discipline preferred.
  • 7+ years of increasing responsibility within Cybersecurity or related technical field.
  • Strong experience to positioning and delivering Endpoint Security product capabilities within secure Cloud based environments.
  • Current and relevant experience with Endpoint Security vendors, tools and technologies - RSA (EMC), McAfee (Intel), FireEye, Symantec or any other endpoint security tools.
  • Experience with service-oriented architecture for cloud-based services
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end information technology (IT) process, including architecture, design & engineering, implementation, and operations
  • Experience performing security design reviews to asses security implications for introduction of new or differing technologies within the environment
  • Ability to provide direction and guidance on architectural use cases and requirements for security related efforts
  • Knowledge of information security standards (e.g., ISO 17799/27002, etc.), rules and regulations related to information security and data protection, and Cloud Security Alliance best practices and guidelines
  • Experience integrating security in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated effective and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to shift from high-level thinking to realistic and pragmatic execution  
  • Willingness and ability to work with teams, including ability to build relationships using an open and respectful communication and collaboration style
