The CIB Finance & Business Management (F&BM) group is organized to support and drive the strategic and financial objectives of the business and ensure a sound control environment. The CIB CAO Finance team partners with management to drive business strategy through projects and analyses focused on drivers of efficiency and growth, maintaining key governance initiatives, business reviews, management information, etc. 
 
 
As a result of the above, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate who will directly support the CIB CAO F&BM head with the analysis and preparation of reports and presentations to meet the objectives of the function.  
 
 
You will be required to:
  • Support the CIB CAO head across the global responsibilities of the function.
  • Partner with Finance & Business management teams to drive results.
  • Create senior management level presentations on a variety of topics, including strategy, organizational governance, and performance
  • Effectively track and report on key action items
You will be able to demonstrate:
  • A proven delivery track record and managed projects and/or strategic type roles
  • Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented
  • Ability to understand and gain strong decision making capabilities
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong influencing & negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral, with emphasis on report preparation and marketing
  • Ability to work at pace with accuracy, effective at working under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint are required
