Job Description:
Roles and responsibilities:
 
  • This role is multi skilled responsibilities including Analysis, Scripting and leadership/coaching.
  • Analyze Epics, break down into user stories, and write cucumber scripts.
  • Scripting experience would be a plus to do a continuous integration delivery.
  • Establish Scrum Team governance framework including schedule, ceremonies, evaluate sprint execution velocity and lead/coordinate corresponding activities
  • Ensure adherence to standard (Digital) process, use of tools, established project delivery standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements, onboarding, reporting improvements and training as required across Scrum teams
  • Coordinate delivery and Scrum activities impacting all facets of software delivery
  • Coordinate evaluation of scope change, estimates, priority and trade-offs with Business and Product Owners and communicate to all stakeholders
  • Helping the team to get rid of external and internal  impediments
    • Mediating through conflicts (internal and with external parties as well).
  • Creating ITSMs to support the deployments to ITE & Prod following it to approvals completion
  • Work with required teams for environment readiness needed for the project completion
  • Plan for PEN and Performance Testing team to ensure all performance and security requirements of the project are met.

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience &/or specialized training in Project Management  
  • 10+ years of experience in information technology with an emphasis on Technical Project delivery  
  • 5+ years’ experience leading a diverse team in an IT organization with hands-on experience Agile software delivery methodology (Scrum/Kanban)
  • 5+ years of hands on leadership of complex projects in environments across multiple logistical delivery sites  
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication skills with experience communicating with senior business and IT leaders  
  • Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead cross functional teams to a solution and adjust leadership style for the situation  
  • Experience with financial products, Mobile technology, Digital Payments and/or Digital products data/metrics  
  • An understanding of social media trends and changes in the digital products/services space and knowledge of e-commerce business models in the financial industry  
  • Knowledge of optimization testing methodologies  
  • Expert in use of standard Agile tool like JIRA
  • Proven ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform at high standards with limited supervision, including an ability to manage project teams located across multiple delivery sites  #DI
