GRT (Global Research Technology) is seeking a Technology Project Manager that will work with business in hands on project execution.

  • Regularly communicate status of project to impacted stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks, action items, interface with clients, assist in interpreting requirement, and push projects to complete on time with excellent client satisfaction. 
  • Apply knowledge of technical trends and project management practices to ensure successful delivery. Ensure compliance of application development activities with audit and information risk policies.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of combined business, project management, and IT experience required; with at least 3 years in IT Project Management experience
  • Proven experience with global projects in multiple technologies, functions and industries
  • Highly motivated team player with excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate client requirements into clear actionable goals, establish priorities and achieve measurable results
  • Advanced knowledge and expertise in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Word and Excel
  • Excellent in creating presentations, including project management updates and SteerCo documentation
  • Demonstrated project execution skills, with a track record. 
  • Must have ability to be tactful yet assertive. Strong collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable speaking and presenting project status
  • Experience in investment and asset Management
  • Ability to develop strong client and working relationships with the team is a must
  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
  • Basic investment product knowledge e.g. Equities and Fixed Income
  • Familiar with basic technical and asset management terminologies

Desired:

  • Project Management Certification is a plus (PMP or Scrum)
  • Investment management knowledge, e.g., CFA Level 1
