The Manager is responsible for the processing of auto lease contracts received from the CAF Partnership dealer network and is responsible for the day to day booking & funding of lease contracts. The Manager will be responsible for managing processing teams in multiple locations. The processing teams verify contracts and ancillary contract documents to ensure they are prepared and executed in accordance with CAF originations verification and corrective action guidelines, CAF Pricing and Credit Risk Policy. The Manager is a subject matter expert related to the lease funding process, lease originations system (CALS, ACAPS, FileNet), and lease eContracting. The Manager will analyze lease process performance data (SLA, QA/QC) to identify potential gaps or opportunities to improve the overall process. The Manager will lead any IT improvements related to BOW for the lease funding process. The Manager will analyze lease funding performance feedback from several sources (OEM, Dealer and survey data) and identify potential gaps or opportunities to improve the overall process. The Manager will have a dotted-line reporting to the Auto Partnership Executive and an important responsibility is to keep the Partnership Executive informed on lease funding performance. In addition, should facilitate regular updates and address any concerns of the Partnership Executive.
