In support of the Location Leader, and the location leadership team, this individual will lead and coordinate cross line of business efforts in the local market, with a focus on strengthening hub governance, driving and enhancing a smarter working culture and workplace, building massive support for taking the location to the next level of excellence, and ensuring a best in class communication programmeconstantly shares the vision and drives awareness of expectations. In addition, this role will pursue opportunities to instill greater discipline and increased partnership across the lines of business, as it relates to our people, customer and community practices.
