Leadership Edge is JPMorgan Chase’s firm wide suite of leadership and management training programs designed to help develop outstanding leaders at all levels of management across each line of business, function and region. These in-person and online programs are rooted in the firm’s business principles and leadership attributes. Through nomination and targeted open enrollment, Leadership Edge delivers the right training at the right time to managers and leaders at various career milestones.
Leadership Edge Faculty are responsible for delivering a combination of management training programs: ACTIVATE, ENHANCE, EMPOWER & ELEVATE. Faculty also deliver 3-4 hour sessions in person and virtually on programs from our High Impact Course series. To be successful, Faculty will need to demonstrate they meet the standards of knowledge and delivery through our certification process. It is vital that the Faculty can demonstrate an exceptionally high level of facilitations skills as well as the excellence of the management and leadership learning brand, playing an integral role in the success of the overall effort to strengthen the management pipeline across the firm.

ACTIVATE is for managers with 2 years or less of experience managing people, and who have not managed other managers. This learning journey is an interactive 2-day classroom program with pre and post program reinforcement, evaluation and development planning. This learning journey covers fundamental people management skills, offering practical ways for first-time managers to effectively lead with JPMorgan Chase’s business principles and leadership attributes in mind.
ENHANCE is for managers with more than 2 years of experience managing people. This learning journey is an interactive 2-day classroom program with pre and post program reinforcement, evaluation and development planning. This learning journey builds on experienced managers’ existing skills and knowledge to help them engage, motivate and develop their teams through enhancing emotional intelligence, coaching, and cultivating partnerships.
EMPOWER is for managers with 2 years or less of experience managing two or more managers at a time. This learning journey is an interactive 2-day classroom program with pre and post program reinforcement, evaluation and development planning. This learning journey equips new managers of managers with the skills to successfully lead through others with a focus on coaching the coach, engaging their team and communicating priorities.
ELEVATE is for managers with more 2+ years of experience managing two or more managers at a time. This learning journey is an interactive 2-day classroom program with pre and post program reinforcement, evaluation and development planning. This learning journey builds on the experience of seasoned managers by discussing how to leverage personal strengths and the strengths of the team, creating a coaching culture and building a leadership legacy.

Lead and co-facilitate sessions where we utilize Line of Business Subject Matter Experts
Support the post program development plans of participants
Partner with Leadership Edge Learning Solutions and Design Team to ensure appropriate feedback on the effectiveness of the programs as required
Support training of new Faculty that join the team
Build relationships and work closely with the colleagues in the Line of Business L&D Teams
