  • Establish governance and program management structure for key programs across Market Product Control.
  • Manage the preparation ahead of steering committees across stakeholders and coordinate status updates.
  • Coordinate responses across Market Product Control on analysis required by senior management and regulators.
  • Organise Product technical training for Product Control globally with an external vendor.
  • Drive the product control infrastructure agenda such as the derivatives end to end program, user tools retirement, data quality initiatives related to external reporting, improvements to PL substantiation tools, etc.
  • Partner with all stakeholders across technology and business functions to implement solutions.
  • Facilitate working groups to perform root causes analysis and identify solutions with the technology teams and the subject matter experts.
  • Coordinate testing across multiple groups.
The candidate must have excellent organizational and problem solving skills, able to drive projects up to completion with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to summary key messages and produce clear presentations to senior management/regulators in a short timeframe. Excellent powerpoint skills.
  • Ability to multi-tasks, coordinate multiple workstreams concurrently and versatile in running broad-range project types.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, partnership, team building and program governance across multiple lines of business and functional areas.
  • Ability to drive meetings to identify appropriate solutions across multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of technology process flows and interactions with technology teams
  • Leadership skills: ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion
  • Ability to work independently
  • Effective communication and influencing skills
