Reports to: Global Asset and Wealth Management Recruiting Executive
As part of the Asset Wealth Management Global Recruiting team, this Executive Director will drive and execute a global recruitment strategy across the Asset Management business Build strategic relationships with the business and HR community; Build trust and effectively  handle relationships with candidates and senior internal stakeholders
  • Partner with the business and HR Business Partners to develop and drive innovative sourcing methods and strategies and build proactive talent pipelines
  • Assist the Executive Search Team on key senior hires, as needed
  • Manage the entire end to end recruitment processes through direct and matrix teams
  • Oversee the management, coaching and continuous development of the team
  • Drive re-engineering & process improvements to ensure optimal productivity and best practice across the function
  • Provide comprehensive resourcing solutions
  • Work with internal HR partners to structure complex offers and negotiate complex offers with senior candidates
  • Attend appropriate business management meetings and recruitment forums providing recruitment and market updates to senior management
  • Champion key recruiting initiatives (diversity, mobility etc.) and develop and execute strategies which support these initiatives and goals
  • Partner with colleagues to contribute to the wider HR team through proactive sharing of information and best practice
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience leading a recruiting function globally across multiple locations with experience of direct recruitment methods
  • Asset Management experience
  • Exposure and understanding of global/regional recruiting markets and models
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop and roll out a proactive and innovative recruitment strategy
  • Demonstrated success in developing teams within a recruiting function and effecting change throughout the organization
  • Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with clients, HR colleagues and vendors fostering partnerships quickly
  • Proactive with the ability to think strategically and execute against the agreed recruitment strategy
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to establish and communicate the strategic vision to all levels
  • Experience of managing senior and complex hires
  • Sound decision making skills
  • Strong program management skills
  • Proven ability to drive and deliver efficiencies through re-engineering and process improvements ensuring optimal productivity of a large operation
  • Control focus with a thorough understanding of operational risk
  • Ability to anticipate issues and aggressively drive initiatives to achieve results
  • Ability to think outside of the box to solve multi-dimensional, cross region issues
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization with the ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes
