Coordinate and drive data analytics supporting, strengthening and implementing business strategies, in support of advancing business product needs and generating tangible value (increased revenue and/or expense reduction), across all Chase Auto Finance (CAF) OEM Partnerships.



  • Aggregate and develop metrics and tools  to drive key decision making in each OEM partnership, including pricing, portfolio performance and marketing campaigns
  • Create and own competitive intelligence dashboard to deepen understanding of market
  • Build robust KPI framework for regular, recurring reviews with senior management
  • Support strategic planning processes to shape direction of the business and OEM partnerships
  • Provide product development support, engaging with cross-functional teams to deliver critical investments and product improvements for the business

Accountable for management of complex/critical strategy, analyses, and planning. Leads and directs teams of individuals through influence and negotiation. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within the business and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the business, and actively support and implement strategic initiatives.  Requires thorough understanding of strategic direction of consumer/auto finance, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both the business and developing area of expertise and related subject areas (including strategy, business development, finance, and analytics). Excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally, at times at a senior level. Role will interact and partner heavily with, but not limited to, Business Strategy and Development, Finance, Product Development, Operations, Marketing, and respective Partnership teams (individual OEM teams, and Loyalty).

Travel - 25% Required


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years’ business/corporate strategy, risk or financial analysis experience in Financial Services
  • Strong problem structuring, analytic capabilities in handling and synthesizing complex and diverse information
  • Solid analytical, conceptual, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to interact at all levels of the organization
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Strong quantitative skills and ability to size and prioritize large-scale initiatives across a business
  • Travel - 25% is required


  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Prior work experience in Management Consulting  or Investment Banking
  • Consumer insight capture and ideation
