Team Description 

The AWM Finance and Business Management Team partners with Risk and Finance business managers along with CFOs, Operations and Technology worldwide to provide solutions that drive business growth. 

Primary Responsibilities

As a Project Manager within the team, you will act as the lead PM on one or more strategic initiatives. The candidate will lead the project management for Foundational Finance and Risk projects or provide PM support as the AWM representative on corporate driven projects.  These projects will span various geographic locations and business groups and provide the opportunity to partner with technology, operations, finance, and the business.


  • Minimum 7 years experience as a project manager, finance manager or business analyst is required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry is required
  • Experience with the Asset Wealth Management business is a plus (Wealth Management and/or Asset Management)
  • Regulatory knowledge is a plus (CCAR, Basel, Dodd Frank, etc.)
  • Ability to develop strong relationships across the organization's key support areas and influence people
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, with a history of developing subject matter expertise
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively summarize complex information and risks in clear and concise reports and deliver it in executive level presentations with precision
  • Experience in developing management reports/updates and presenting to Senior Management
  • Proactive and action oriented, with strong analytical skills and ability for problem solving
  • Ability to prioritize requests and concurrently manage multiple projects with minimal oversight
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple complex projects with minimal oversight
  • Keen attention to detail, sense of urgency and a creative mindset
  • Strong PC skills, including MS Power Point, MS Visio, MS Project, MS Excel and MS Access
  • Proficiency in Essbase, SQL, QlikView, SSRS is a plus
