Market Risk Technology team is responsible for the technology platform to provide risk managers with capability to assess impact of various market scenarios at a firm wide level – including VaR, Stress and other Regulatory demands

The specific role is for a Application Developer/Software Engineer within the iLimits Team which is responsible for centralized Intraday Limits monitoring, analytics and reporting for the firm.

Minimum of 4 years experience as a developer

  • Minimum 3+ years experience strong server side hands-on coding experience using TSQL, ASP.Net, C# in Windows environments.
  • Minimum 2+ in a web development experience in Angular JS or React.JS
  • Minimum 4+ years experience hands-on coding/development experience required in at least 4 of the following:
    • C#
    • ASP.Net
    • TSQL
    • Web Services REST
    • TDD, BDD
  • Nice To have:
    • Python
    • Cognos 10.2 / 11
    • ETL
  • In-depth technical understanding of the following:
    • Experience developing databases: SQLServer. stored procedures, functions, triggers.
  • Software development requirement:
    • Must have experience in design and development of technical solutions for a large production environment
    • Experience with SDLC methodology in a team environment a must
    • Must have worked in an Agile Environment
    • Prior development in IIS and MS SQL Server environments is a must
    • Should be proficient in code management tools like Subversion, Git, BitBucket, TeamCity, Jenkins or other equivalent code management tools
    • Exposure to standardized testing methodologies
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics or related technical field
  • Must have hands on experience in at least 4 of these Platforms 
    • Windows
    • SQL Server, SQL Management Studio 2012+
    • .Net, Visual Studio 2013+
    • IIS
    • CSS 
    • JavaScript Frameworks
