Counterparty Credit Infrastructure & Capital (CCIC) is a global private side group within Credit Risk Management with presence in New York and London. CCIC develops, coordinates and oversees infrastructure, stress testing and exposure methodology globally for derivatives, securities financing and other traded products, and provides expertise and oversight for their Basel credit risk capital. In addition, CCIC includes Credit Portfolio Solutions, which covers new derivatives trades, securities financing trades and other traded products for the clients of the CIB globally.  
Counterparty Credit Infrastructure & Capital is seeking a New York-based Senior Associate or Junior VP to oversee and manage regulatory reporting requirements on counterparty credit risk and stress testing related to CCAR/DFAST/ICAAP. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of relevant regulatory reporting deliverables through partnership with other functional areas across Credit Risk, Market Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology. This is a critical role that provides exposure to senior managers and is a great opportunity to develop subject matter expertise related to counterparty stress testing of OTC derivatives, Futures & Options, and Securities Financing Trades. 
Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Oversee and coordinate the E2E process for FR Y-14Q Schedule L reporting and CCAR/DFAST/ICAAP counterparty credit stress execution
  • Manage and drive all deliverables, milestones, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution impacting relevant CCAR infrastructure and stress testing initiatives
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across multiple functional areas and teams to develop project plans, program structures and governance models
  • Assess and respond to new and/or changing regulatory requirements, including driving the implementation of process and tech changes required to meet the changes
  • Manage control and audit requirements to closure, including deliverables related to the CCAR CFO Attestation Program (CCAP)
  • Drive technology prioritization and projects for automating reporting processes and resolving data quality and system issues
  • Lead and facilitate meetings to ensure timely and successful completion of deliverables
  • Ensure transparent communication of status of all relevant deliverables and appropriate escalation of key issues/risks
  • Strong project management skills with disciplined approach to implementing project management processes and methodologies in a large organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to concisely communicate key messages for senior management
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues and follow things through to completion
  • Strong time management skills, ability to actively manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects, and comfort with dynamically shifting priorities, timelines, and demands
  • Appreciation of control and quality issues
  • Highly proficient in the use of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
  • Solid understanding of counterparty credit exposure, stress testing, and/or knowledge of traded products
  • Understanding of regulatory stress testing initiatives, including CCAR/DFAST/ICAAP
  • Experience in working with geographically distributed and functionally diverse workgroups
  • Relevant experience such as credit or market risk management or supporting functions, a derivatives front or middle office area, or related is a plus
