The Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries (CCBSI) group at J.P. Morgan focuses on U.S. companies (private or public) with revenues typically in excess of $750 million, which require both traditional commercial banking services in addition to investment banking products. The Midwest Banking Group is part of Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries within the Commercial Bank. The Midwest team focuses on companies located in Midwestern states (Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio) and is responsible for delivering J.P. Morgan’s full suite of products to private and public companies. We advise clients and prospects as they seek to raise debt and equity capital in the public, private and syndicated bank market. The team works closely with Investment Banking Coverage Partners and Product Specialists (Syndications, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, M&A, etc), in addition to Credit Underwriters and Product Specialists from Treasury Services, International Banking, Investment Management & Private Banking.
The position is primarily geared to providing leadership to deal teams and accountability for pitch book preparation and transaction execution, while ensuring coordination among analysts, senior deal team members, and credit underwriting. As a member of the team, the position plays an integral part to help gain, manage and maintain client relationships in the Midwest region in close coordination with senior bankers.
