This position is an integral part of budgeting, forecasting and analyzing $2 billion of Business Banking related Revenue, forecasting and budgeting.  This position will provide support for CBB finance doing other Non-Interest Revenue (NIR) reporting as necessary. This position offers an opportunity to interact with various groups including Deposit Product managers as well as financial staff providing the candidate an in-depth understanding of the Business Banking deposit products.
This position will be responsible for reporting and understanding the details of Business Banking Revenue accounts and branch related fees as well as a general understanding of other NIR line items and drivers, knowledge of key financial processes, tools and systems related to developing forecasts and budgets, reporting and interpreting actual results. This includes but not limited to budgeting, forecasting and reporting dollars, metrics and modeling and being an iatrical part of upcoming business opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Create multi-year forecasts for Business  Products
  • Communicate actual results versus forecast during weekly meetings and at month-end
  • Proactively analyze actuals and research issues to identify changes in trends and communicate variances versus budget in advance of month-end
  • Use database query tools to extract data from the ICDW and other Databases
  • Work closely with product managers to model product changes, analyze impacts of changes post-implementation, and accurately incorporate trend changes into forecasts
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and forecasting
  • Create business cases and other modeling related functions as needed
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and actuals research


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related experience
  • Self-starter with an ability to work independently and as a team to solve problems efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate data into concise, insightful, and actionable recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills, including good judgment and decision making capabilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals and business partners
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Working knowledge of Hyperion Essbase and Business Objects/Brio highly desired
  • Experience with ICDW or data base extraction a plus
